來北京投資近廿年的台商老周和小李，最近為了相同的事，心情懊惱又沮喪。他倆先後付出真誠，卻掉入老掉牙的陷阱而難以啟齒。 在北京東郊做房地產開發的老周，七月初回台，在北京首都機場，遇到一名四十多歲提著行李、神色慌張的壯漢，那人操著正港的彰化腔台語：「請問先生，你是搭長榮某班機回桃園嗎？」 壯漢稱，他的證件跟錢包都掉了，為了要辦理相關證件，需要八百五十元人民幣。邊說邊出具自己的身分證及台胞證影本等證明，強調自己所言不假。另外，又拿出一張紙條，寫上太太的名字和台灣手機號碼，告訴老周如果借他錢，一回台灣一定立即把錢送還。 老周聽到如此熟悉的鄉音，心中馬上起了同情心，就把錢給了對方，拿了壯漢的身分證影本和寫有其妻子電話地址的紙條。 但老周進入機艙到下機，一直沒見到此人，打給對方留的手機號，結果是空號。細看壯漢身分證影本，也是假的，才發現遇到騙子。 無獨有偶，在西城經營飲食業的小李，六月底在首都機場也遇到一位年輕的媽媽帶著兩小孩，用台語怯生生地對他說，家人生病，剛剛錢包掉了，急著登機，身上的錢，只夠買她和兒子的，女兒的機票還差一點錢，約六百元人民幣，請看在同鄉的份上，幫她一把。 這位女子，還出示手中的三本台胞證和兩張登機證。小李立即掏錢給了她。還多給了一些錢，要她帶著孩子先吃點東西再登機。 上周，小李又赴首都機場，再度傳來熟悉的女人台語：「先生，拜託一下可以嗎？」他一抬頭，正是一個月前，他掏錢資助的女人和兩個孩子。 小李望著女人乾淨的臉，時髦的衣著和兩個小孩，他心想，難道台流已進駐北京首都機場？台灣人騙台灣人的戲碼仍反覆在機場上演。
